Trouw continues its collaboration with Stedelijk Museum this September by inviting contemporary art space Beirut (Caïro) and Lebanese artist Rayyane Tabet to curate De Hal. The artist/architect Tabet is known for making large installations with found objects, placing them in surreal settings and investing them with symbolic meanings. The opening on 4 September is free for members, but if you miss it don’t fret because the exhibition stays on until 28 September and is free for all.

Just before he heads Somewhere Else on Friday, Daniel Martin-McCormick announces his third Ital full-length. Endgame will be out via Planet Mu at the end of August and promises a "deeper, more penetrating emotional melodic clarity", one brought about by increasing usage of hardware and production help from M. Geddes Gengras.
