MIND OVER MIRRORS - SECOND NATURE

Harmoniums, those little organs that function by virtue of the musician using his feet to work the bellows that let air flow through a set of reeds, have lost their popularity ever since the electric organ took over. Inspired by yet another brilliant album by drone artist Mind over Mirrors, you might want to keep your eyes peeled the next time you enter a thrift store, cause the harmonium has never sounded this exciting. Check out the track "Second Nature" from the new album Check your Swing, out November 13th via Hands in the Dark, on which Jaime Fennelly uses the Harmonium as his primary instrument for making organic ambient compositions.
